Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (A1AD) is a genetic disorder that results in lung/liver diseases and can affect at any age group. Complications may results in pancreatitis, Primary sclerosing cholangitis, Cirrhosis, asthma and many more. There is no cure for this disorder but related lung/liver diseases can be treated.
